This is a North Central London Integrated Care System (NCL ICS) role, hosted by UCLH.
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual with the requisite knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise to join the North Central London IPMO (Integrated Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation) team.

The NCL Shared Care Group coordinates the development of shared care guidelines and fact sheets to support the seamless transition of medicines at the interface.
