Main duties of the job
We are looking for a friendly, forward-thinking and enthusiastic individual to join our Radiology management team. The role will initially focus on supporting the build completion and subsequent operational delivery of the Southampton Community Diagnostic Centre, while supporting the wider existing diagnostics programmes within UHS.
The role will be supported by the Radiology team but has responsibility for the delivery of diagnostics across multiple clinical specialties including Cardiology, Respiratory and Phlebotomy. The role will require strong communication skills and stakeholder management, being able to communicate across Care Groups and other organisations. Diagnostic services are continuously developing and this role provides the scope to lead on service development and improvement, enabling opportunity for individual development and skill expansion.

Including but not limited to Southampton General Hospital and Royal South Hants.
