We are seeking a Deputy sister who wishes to be part of a team that delivers outstanding care to the community we serve. You will work closely with healthcare support workers to provide direct care to our patients and support their relatives during their stay at Sherwood Forest Hospitals.
Wards 11 & 12 will make up the trauma unit, admitting patients with acute injuries regularly requiring surgical input. The unit will be a fast-paced, busy environment, caring for patients both pre- and post-operatively.
The Division of Surgery, Anaesthetics & Critical Care is an integral part of Sherwood Forest Hospitals. We comprise specialist wards for various surgical disciplines, including colorectal, general surgery, trauma orthopedics, elective orthopedics, day cases, adult critical care, and theatres. We are a friendly team that works closely with each other, offering excellent training and education opportunities.
