Set in the idyllic location of the New Forest our CMHT are currently looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Band 6 senior nurse, social worker or OT to join our team

The CMHT is a lively and dynamic team which provides care coordination and recovery focused care for individuals with complex and challenging mental health needs. As a senior clinician, you will need to be able to work autonomously in the community and use your own initiative. The successful candidates will have sound clinical skills, be able to coordinate complex care packages, as well as a good working knowledge of CPA processes and risk assessment, and safeguarding knowledge.

You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and be involved in training and mentoring new and unregistered staff as well as providing excellent front line clinical care.

You will need to be able to work flexibly and have good organisational skills. This post may involve weekend and bank holiday working on a rota basis as per service user need.
