**This vacancy is also open to candidates that wish to develop from band 5. We offer the opportunity to develop the key core skills and competencies for a CMHT Senior Mental Health Practitioner role and to demonstrate the ability to function in a Band 6 role over a 12-18 month period in Community Mental Health Care**

We are looking for a motivated, innovative and hardworking practitioner to join Eastleigh Southern Parishes Community Mental Health Team. Our catchment areas are growing with increasing building developments and we are in a privileged position to adapt and grow alongside this.

The aim of the role is to engage service users creatively, to develop collaborative care plans, offer interventions and to offer support to their families and carers.

We are looking for somebody who is enthusiastic, recovery focussed and who would thrive in a busy but supportive team. The team have regular Reflective Practice, Supervision and Caseload Management Supervision. The post holder will be expected to undertake new assessments and act as care coordinator to an agreed caseload of service users.

We particularly welcome staff who want to develop their therapeutic skills and who will take up psychology supervision and learning opportunities.
