An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, enthusiastic physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy team.
You should have:o Excellent communication and team working skillso Completed core junior rotations preferably in an acute inpatient setting.o HPC and CSP registration
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will work across the following areas:
Older Persons Rehabilitation ( this may include some Stroke, Ortho geriatric and Oncology patients )
Hospital Outreach Support Team facilitating safe discharges in patients own homes

Job responsibilities
To provide physiotherapy to relevant patients within clinical specialty area, in a range of settings including inpatients, outpatients and patient homes.
To assess and treat patients in relevant rotational area. To support the team in the organisation and provision of an efficient, high quality and co-ordinated physiotherapy service for patients in each area. To undertake a defined clinical caseload. To ensure that patient and service standards and priorities are met. To provide clinical supervision to assigned junior physiotherapists, technical instructors, physiotherapy assistants and students.
