Supporting the Operational team to deliver and develop Cardiology services. Maintaining compliance on the RTT pathway.Managing a team of admin staff.Contributing to Trusts efficiency targets.Ensuring Clinical Governance standards are met.Managing PALS concerns.Recruitment, performance & sickness management.

Main duties of the job

Developing and managing staff. Ensuring RTT compliance for new appointments and throughout the patients pathway. Supporting the delivery and development of Cardiology services. Tracking mandatory training and ensuring staff are compliant, appraisals, performance and sickness review. Managing PALS concerns. Recruitment and induction of new starters.
