Lincolnshire Adult and Older Adult Community Mental Health Transformation Programme is an exciting and innovative programme of work which seeks to enable transformational change in community mental health services, applying a Trauma Informed Care approach to embed new ways of working that promote self-efficacy, provide high quality specialist care, and develops an accessible and integrated continuum of care benefiting people and their communities.
We are looking to recruit to an enthusiastic and motivated Programme Support Officer on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to lead on the delivery of a variety of transformation projects, making a real difference to patient's outcomes and experience.
As a key member of the team that is leading out the programme and working closely with the transformation programme leads, you will be required to provide project leadership and oversight to a variety of programme areas and via contractual processes ensure the commissioning intentions of the transformation programme are transacted and delivered.
Main duties of the job
It is essential that you can demonstrate that you have the following:
Experience of leading projects with the ability to evidence your application of the various cycles of a project including, project planning, monitoring of plans to ensure the project remains on target, highlighting and escalating any issues and risks proactively.
A good knowledge, understanding and application of commissioning and contractual processes such as service specification development, contract monitoring, data and performance review and monitoring.
The ability to show your skills and capabilities around the collation, analysis, review and reporting of large amounts of service information.
Leadership qualities that enable you to provide clear direction, vision, motivate and inspire others in the undertaking of your role.

- Qualifications at degree level through formal qualification or equivalent experience supported by extensive CPD portfolio
- Further training or significant experience in project and contract management,financial management and supporting change management processes.
