We are looking to recruit newly qualified or registered Mental Health / Learning Disability Nurses to join our well established and highly skilled multi-disciplinary teams.

We are looking for new team members in the following pathways within the Buckinghamshire Directorate: Crisis services, Community CAMHS, and our Adult and Older Adult community and inpatient teams.

Each team offers a range of therapies and experiences to assist in each person’s recovery journey and work in partnership with families and other MDT members .

We can offer you both personal and clinical development opportunities, in addition to regular professional and clinical supervision, personal development reviews and support for continual professional development activities. We also offer preceptorship support as well as the Flyer Programme. The Flyer programme provides evidence-based support and guidance to all newly registered nurses. In each pathway, you will get an enriched induction specific to that pathway with your personal developmental needs incorporated.

In the inpatient pathway, you will be expected to complete Positive engagement and Calm Environment (PEACE )training to undertake physical Interventions and/or Breakaway techniques and Intermediate Life support (ILS ).
