We are looking for Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, and Speech and Language Therapists who are ready for a new challenge in our award-winning multidisciplinary team.

Whether it's supporting families, schools, or wider networks, we are committed to preventing unnecessary admissions and placements, and ensuring the voice of the young person is always at the heart of the decision-making process.

Main duties of the job

Your Role:

As a Specialist Keyworker, you will:
  • Assess and support the holistic needs of young people and their families, providing interventions or facilitating access to further support.
  • Advocate for young people, ensuring their views are heard in multi-agency settings.
  • Collaborate with professionals from health, education, and social care sectors to deliver tailored, evidence-based interventions such as Positive Behavioural Support.
  • Co-facilitate consultations and share expertise within your professional field, contributing to the development of the team's clinical practice.
  • Receive ongoing CPD and training opportunities to further enhance your skills and expertise.

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people, are committed to collaborative, family-centred practice, and are ready to bring their expertise to a dynamic, supportive environment.
