We are recruiting Band 5 Staff Nurses to join an enthusiastic and motivated team on our Rainbow Unit, which is a new low secure unit for autistic men. Our service is designed to motivate autistic adults, meet their individual needs, and assist them in responsible community participation while providing for security and public safety. We provide a safe and motivating environment that promotes the values of education, work, and recovery while encouraging the development of skills and abilities through an individualized treatment programme. Our facilities are state of the art with each patient having their own flatlet with lounge and kitchen. The unit has strong ties with the University of Warwick and clinical research.
