South East Staffordshire Community Rehabilitation Service
Specialist Physiotherapist– Permanent
Band 6 – 37.5hrs
We have a rare and exciting opportunity to recruit a physiotherapist with a desire to progress their career in neurological rehabilitation to our team based at Samuel Johnson Hospital, Lichfield.
The Community Rehabilitation Team work across domiciliary and clinic settings in Burntwood, Lichfield and Tamworth.
As an autonomous Physiotherapist, you will work as part of the multidisciplinary community rehabilitation service for adults with a wide range of medical conditions. The team is dedicated to deliver excellent customer service and is driven by outcomes and efficient ways of working.
You will have:

- A degree in Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC
- An up to date portfolio and be committed to CPD
- Relevant post graduate training within the speciality of rehabilitation e.g. Neurological and musculoskeletal courses.
- NHS experience essential
- IT skills
- Understanding of community based working and systems.
