If a developmental Band 5 to Band 6 post would be more suitable, this can be discussion prior to, or at interview.
Main duties of the job
As a Band 6 Physiotherapist at HHFT you can expect to receive regular and robust supervision, to lead on service improvement projects, to supervise more junior staff and to provide clinical support and guidance to students from our partner Universities. Other responsibilities include participation in teaching for therapy staff and the wider MDT, with opportunities to facilitate simulation training opportunities to work closely with specialist MDT's and develop overall management and leadership skills.
