Training and development opportunities are available , including a New To CAMHS induction programme, in house training and a commitment to ongoing CPD.
Main duties of the job

This will include making adaptions and reasonable adjustments to ensure accessibility for children and young people with additional needs.
In addition, to support psychological practice within the team by communicating effectively about the psychological care of clients, by contributing to the line management and supervision of psychological practitioners and trainees and less experienced psychological therapists, and by participating in systematic clinical governance.
To contribute to the development of the Whole School Approach offer within the MHSTs. To assist in the development and facilitation of skills workshops based on CBT principles. To contribute to the delivery of workshops and Mental Health Promotion projects within Primary and Secondary Schools.

The final combination of Southern Health and Solent Trusts is anticipated to occur in July 2024, when the new organisation will be formed.
