We have exciting opportunities at CWPT within Urgent Care services for professional disciplines - Nursing, Occupational therapy or Social Work
As part of the Transformation of Urgent Care services, we are looking at professional disciplines within all urgent care services covering a broad spectrum ofdiagnosis and presentations includingpeople with emotion regulation difficulties, schizophrenia, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD symptoms, and psychotic depression.
Our Teams covers Coventry and North and South Warwickshire
Main duties of the job
The team has invested in staff training and development to develop skills with working with our patient group. Working within an established team, you will provide clinical leadership, care planning, risk assessment and risk management to support MDT decision making while delivering a range of interventions. You'll be communicating with a wide variety of clients professionals partners and agencies.
Urgent care services will ensure coproduction with patients and their families in service development and transformation with Trust values at the heart of services.

We see this as an ideal opportunity to develop more specialist skills. It is important you have good communication skills and can work on your own initiative as well as collaboratively with colleagues within the MDT. A willingness and enthusiasm to learn new skills and develop your practice is vital.

- Relevant Professional Qualification i.e RMN, OT, Social worker
- Specialist knowledge across a range of procedures and Theory
- Relevant training and experience specialist short courses e.g.
- Evidence of continuing professional development

- Developed specialist knowledge gained within a similar environment over a considerable period of time
- Significant experience of undertaking assessment, formulation, risk assessment and positive risk management
