Cambridge University Hospitals is seeking an Epic Systems Analyst to join our innovative team responsible for ensuring accurate patient information across a variety of systems and our state-of-the-art electronic patient record.
This is a complex organization with multifaceted clinical workflows. We need someone who thrives on problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced modular environment. Your technical expertise, passion for problem solving and understanding the importance of data quality will make you a strong fit for our collaborative team.
Please note that as part of the recruitment process the interview will be divided into two rounds. The first round will be an aptitude/competency test which will be conducted on site at CUH. If successful you will then be invited to a final face to face interview.
Main duties of the job
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with all members of staff at CUH to understand their needs and workflows. Your analytical skills will be key in identifying opportunities to tailor the Epic system to drive efficiencies.
- Configure the Epic platform and modules through hands-on build and testing. We'll provide all the training you need to become certified in key Epic applications.
- Thoroughly test new Epic build to ensure it is safe, usable, and robust - delivering an optimal experience for patients and staff.
- Play an exciting role on the frontlines of our digital transformation as we leverage Epic to provide the very best in patient care and satisfaction
