All of our teams work collaboratively and in partnership to deliver consistent high-quality care and treatment to the young people of Hampshire.Key aspects of the role include provision of urgent mental health assessments in acute hospitals, risk management reviews, crisis DBT and home treatment for young people under the care of Specialist CAMHS, who require additional intervention for severe/complex mental health needs. Experience of risk assessment/management and collaborative working with young people and families is therefore essential.
The ability to work well within a team and forge good working relationships with multi-disciplinary and multi-agency colleagues are key components of this role. Experience of working in a mental health setting is essential for this post.
