We are recruiting for a part-time Clinical Team Leader for the Eating Disorder Team within the Community Mental Health Team on the Isle of Wight. The position is a fixed term for 6 months. You should share our passion and drive to ensure that our patients receive quality and compassionate care and work with us.
The role of Eating Disorders Clinical Lead within the Mental Health and Learning Disability Division's Community Mental Health Service will be supporting the team, service delivery and partnership working.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will support the Service Manager to ensure the delivery of a pathway for people using services that meet all quality, financial and operational performance targets and ensure that these are monitored and tracked effectively.
The post holder will be expected to work in line with the Trust values and behave in a manner that facilitates the development of autonomous teams and individuals that are empowered, engaged and committed to continually delivering excellent care with compassion. The post holder will be an advocate for recovery.

The final combination of Southern Health and Solent NHS Trust services is expected in late 2024, when our new organisation, to be known as Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, will be formed.
Our new Trust will continue to cater to the unique needs of different communities, making healthcare across the county more accessible, as well as offering staff more opportunities for career development, training and partnership working.

- Registered MH Nurse with live NMC Pin
- Registered OT or Social Worker with relevant live registration
Experience
Essential
- Previous experience at a senior level (band 6 or above) within a similar speciality
- Post basic relevant study equivalent to degree level or willingness to complete.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Recognised teaching qualification (e.g ENB 998 or mentorship qualification
- Specific training in relation to working with people with Eating Disorders or extensive experience working within Eating Disorder specific teams.
