Do you have patient-facing management experience and want to try a new area or develop your skills further? Are you committed to supporting good clinical practice and the delivery of innovative interventions? Do you like creating systems, supporting staff, and supporting change? Do you enjoy working with children and young people, and their families? This role might be for you!

The Neurodevelopmental Conditions (NDC) Pathway is a specialist team, part of the core provision of Child and Adolescent Mental Health service (CAMHs), supporting 5-18 years old children and young people across Oxfordshire.

The service offers, amongst other functions, pre-assessment support, diagnostic assessments, and, where appropriate, highly specialist treatment interventions. The team is also further developing and researching a new diagnostic tool.

The role involves being part of the senior clinical team to set out the vision for the service, as well as lead it operationally.

Following recent developments in the service’s structure, we are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and hardworking individual, that can manage conflicting priorities, prioritising service delivery and wellbeing. Whilst previous experience is desirable, we are looking for someone with the correct core skills for the role, and therefore a comprehensive induction and training will be provided.
