We are looking for a Night Nurse Practitioner to join us based in Exeter.

Night Nurse Practitioners (NNP) play a key role for people who use our services, clinicians and carers within a defined local delivery service. You will act as a resource for all members of the multi-disciplinary team, providing expert nursing advice concerning all aspects of patient management.

About you
Effective communication with all colleagues and patients is an integral part of the role. You will act as gate keepers for access to mental health beds to ensure that the admission criteria/ bed management policy is adhered to.

You will also provide advice and support as a senior leadership role at night for the adult acute inpatient services (psychiatric).
The location
Your base will be in Exeter, however under the current COVID-19 conditions this may be subject to alternative arrangements/change for example home working. Please be assured that any alternatives will be discussed fully with you and the organisation. Please ask the appointing manager if you have any questions.
