Main duties of the job
To provide excellent, high-quality person-centred clinical care that advocates for patients, strive to provide a service fit for today and the future, develop personal leadership to support clinical growth. The post holder will be the Clinical Specialist to support and facilitate the ED / Acute Occupational Therapy Service with key roles in the development of a competent, knowledgeable workforce, equipping them to provide high-quality person-centred care.
Our teams across all sites have a friendly, supportive atmosphere and a real team ethic. We know how to look after our staff - making sure they achieve the ideal work-life balance. As a Trust we offer a multi-professional preceptorship programme. In addition, we offer excellent training opportunities supported by an AHP practice development lead and clinical flow lead.

- Diploma / degree in OT recognised by College of OT
- H.C.P.C Registered OT
- Evidence of post graduate training in the relevant clinical field

- Evidence of Relevant postgraduate courses
