An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Mental Health Nurse to work as part of a well established and developing Memory Assessment Service in the borough of Blaenau Gwent
The hours are 30 hours per weekand will be worked over four days between Monday to Friday.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will have had experience working with older people who experience cognitive changes and mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work both autonomously and as part of a multi -disciplinary team.
The candidate must be well motivated, passionate and highly driven to deliver excellent , safe and effective care within the Older Adult Mental Health Service.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
