An exciting opportunity has come up for a Clinic Coordinator to assist in the development of Childrens Services Outpatient service.
You will play a vital role in in managing Clinic 6, Weston Centre and Child Development Centre clinics. Ensure all clinics are fully utilised by working closely with your Administrative and Clinical Teams. You will need to ensure there are Administrative cover in all areas (Monday to Friday) and be able to identify cross-cover if there are sickness or annual leave within your team as we need to make sure the service is covered.
You will work closely with the Consultants, Divisional Support Manager and Deputy Operations Manager to ensure all clinic slots and clinic rooms are within maximum capacity in order to reduce the waiting list for Outpatients within the Childrens Services. Furthermore, you will be in charge of managing the Booking Coordinators within the service, so leadership skills is essential for this role.
In order to be successful in your application, we are looking for someone who is proactive, works well under-pressure in a fast-paced and demanding environment and someone who possess experience and knowledge about the patient pathway and Outpatient Service. You will be able to demonstrate good communication and organisational skills with an attention to details and the ability to lead a team.

To manage and coordinate a professional, effective and efficient administrative service for children's outpatients and to all its users including patients, services, relatives and colleagues.
