This is the commitment to practice in a way that keeps service user voices and experience central to decisions and practice in how the service operates. This can include anything from informal suggestions, to volunteering, to adhoc contributions that receive reimbursement, to substantive paid roles. We are committed to promoting a culture that embeds service users into the fabric of how the service runs.
