This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the senior nurse team in WUTH Critical Care. The opportunity for role development and career progression with educational opportunities tailored to individual needs and experience.
Main duties of the job
We currently have 2 vacancies for a Band 6 Senior staff nurse. If you have significant critical care experience at Band 5, hold a post registration qualification in Critical Care. High compliance with mandatory training compliance, mentorship qualification or equivalent and are interested. Needs to show evidence of professional development. . The successful candidate must be flexible and have an innovative approach to caring for the critically ill, an ability to introduce change to develop and encourage evidence based nursing practice.
This post is rotational between ITU and HDU and is also rotation of days and nights
