Are you passionate about driving technological advancement and fostering collaboration? We have an exciting new opportunity for an ICS Technical and Cyber Programme Lead to head and coordinate the IT and Cyber activities within Nottinghamshire!

As the ICS Technical and Cyber Programme Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing the coordination, workplan, and technical documentation for the Nottinghamshire IT Managers and Nottinghamshire Cyber Associates Network. This role is crucial in aligning our activities with the Nottinghamshire Digital Collaborative and the ICS Technical Design Authority. The successful candidate will manage and support a range of complex technical projects and programmes designed to deliver the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire ICS Digital Strategy.

Essential

  • Leadership Skills
  • Knowledge of the role and importance of Health informatics within the NHS
  • Knowledge of related local and national strategies and policies


Qualifications

  • PRINCE2 Qualification
  • Educated to Masters degree level or equivalent professional qualification


Experience

Essential

  • Significant experience of NHS Health Informatics at a Senior Level
  • Delivery of complex programmes of work using the PRINCE methodology
  • Procurement and delivery Information systems
  • Production of Information Strategies/Business Cases/Option Appraisals
  • Managerial experience
  • Effective influencing and motivational skills
  • Effective personal written and oral communication skills
  • Motivational presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Change Management experience
  • Planning and organisational abilities
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Extensive experience working in an operational capacity in a health care setting, with significant experience at a senior level
