An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced and proactive Finance and Contracting Business Partner to join one of the most diverse providers of integrated physical and mental health care in the country, providing a full range of mental health, physical healthcare and community services for children, adults and older people living in the London boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hounslow.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and positive individual with a genuine passion for working in a team environment and to work autonomously in a supportive and collaborative environment as well as being a key member of the Contracting, Finance & CAMHS Provide Collaborative team at West London NHS Trust.
The successful candidate will be expected to support the accounting and finance requirements of the NWL CAMHS Provider collaborative as well as supporting all the aspects of contract management for the Trust from internal engagement to external interactions with providers (NHS, VCSE and Independent sector providers) and Commissioners: the NWL ICB NHSE and Local Authorities. The role will encompass budget monitoring, invoices and payments contract negotiations, taking part in subsequent contract monitoring meetings, CQUIN, and dealing with a wide spectrum of ad hoc requests in relation to finance and contract across the Trust and the Provider collaborative
Main duties of the job
This will therefore be a very busy role, and the post holder will need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to use their own initiative and work effectively with other team members and external agencies. They will need to be a proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, strong organisational skills and the ability to think strategically. They will have excellent communication skills and demonstrate flair, enthusiasm, innovation and leadership when faced with challenges and will provide strategic, tactical and operational management skills in the planning and execution of multiple concurrent projects Experience of working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders across multiple sites and organisations is essential.
