Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is excited to announce an opportunity for a Programme Support Officer to join our newly established Digital Patient Pathway Management (DPPM) team. This innovative team is dedicated to supporting, enabling, and optimising digital patient pathway management across the Trust.
As a Programme Support Officer, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the DPPM team, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of key projects and initiatives.

Main duties of the job
- To work as part of the Digital Patient Pathway Management Team
- To be responsible for providing day to day support to the wider programme team.
- To manage and develop autonomously the day-to-day running of the business,administrative and support services required by the programme team
- To be first point of contact for the programme in the absence of the programmeteam
- To provide project problems resolution
- To arrange and prepare materials for meetings, including scheduling rooms,agendas, collation of materials for discussion and minutes

- University Degree or equivalent experience
SKILLS/ABILITIES

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is essential.
- Able to use and analyse numerical information
- Excellent organisational skills with a proactive approach
- Good analytical skills, structured and methodical approach
Desirable
- Good knowledge of ordering and processing invoices
