An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and innovative individual to join the Frimley Health Infection Prevention & Control Team, in the role of Band 7 Infection Prevention & Control Practitioner.
This is a fixed term position, covering a 14 months career break, and is open to applications from registered nurses, midwives, and allied health professionals.
Main duties of the job
In this post, you will be an integral member of the well-established Frimley Park Hospital Infection Prevention & Control Team, providing a service for Frimley Park Hospital and its integrated community services.
You will play a key role in the delivery of the trust annual Infection Prevention & Control audit and surveillance programme, and the focus of your role will be to provide Enhanced Level Infection Prevention & Control support for the trust community services.
