Main duties of the job

An opportunity has arisen for a full time band 6 Wellbeing Nurse Practitioners to join the Wellbeing Service, a mental health community service in Wolverhampton.

The post-holders will play a key role in the case management and assessment of clients in the mental health clusters 4-7 and 11.The Practitioners will help provide a range of psycho-social interventions to working age adults, with mental health problems ranging from mild to severe. The Wellbeing Service consists of Wellbeing nurses, OTs, Psychologists, Psychological Therapists and S.T.R workers.
