The post-holder will join a vibrant and busy multi-disciplinary specialist Healthy Young Minds team where values based, high quality care delivery is integral to all decision making. Your role will input onto both our core mental health and neurodevelopmental pathways, with development opportunities in terms of training to support your work on these pathways. Clinical Psychology is well-integrated and highly valued within the multi-disciplinary team locally and across the broader Specialist Services Directorate in Pennine Care.

Main duties of the job

There are currently progressive psychological therapies and research workstreams running across Healthy Young Minds, which bear testament to the Directorate's commitment to delivering high quality and evidence based psychological therapies for children and families in our communities.

The support, development and well-being of our workforce are the foundations on which we continue to develop services to ensure children and young people receive optimal care. We have strong links with local universities and are active in the Clinical Psychology Training Programmes. We are committed to supporting our staff in their development with access to CPD opportunities, a robust clinical and management supervision structure, and access to a recently developed in-house training programme covering key areas of clinical practice. Your development is our development; we will invest in you and your future.
