We currently seek a flexible and motivated individual to work as a Bank Reporting Sonographer in our busy Ultrasound department . The service is located within Radiology at each of our sites. We perform a wide range of Ultrasound investigations.
Applicants must be a Registered Health Professional with an appropriate post graduate qualification in Medical Ultrasound and evidence of relevant experience. There may be a requirement to work flexible hours to meet service demands.

You must possess excellent communication skills, be tactful, diplomatic and able to work as part of a team in this busy department. In addition you may be involved in the supervision of student radiographers.

- Degree or equivalent diploma
- Case Accredited post graduate certificate or diploma at masters level in Ultrasound
- HCPC, RCT or registration with relevant professional body eg:NMC, RCN, RCM
- Sound Professional knowledge of imaging modalities (Eg ANC/TV scanning, Non-obstetric scanning)
- Evidence of current CPD portfolio
Desirable
- Highly specialist training in aspects of ultrasound
- Developed knowledge of a specialised ultrasound imaging e.g. Small parts or vascular
Experience

- Post registration professional experience in a diagnostic ultrasound imaging
