The Trust is implementing a new Learning Management System (LMS) to help improve and transform colleagues' experience of learning and development. As a result of an internal appointment to the LMS project team, an opportunity has arisen to join our service.
Your role will include:
- Leading on the designing and developing of e-learning programmes aligned with competency frameworks
- Collaborating with the LMS project team and North West London Acute Provider Collaborative partners to support the implementation of our new LMS
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Extensive experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating eLearning content
- Expertise in databases, Employee Records System (ESR), and learning management systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel
- Skilled with e-learning authoring tools, specifically Articulate 360
- Project management experience
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously and prioritise effectively
This is a fixed-term secondment for 6 months, offering a unique opportunity to drive innovation in our learning and development approach.

Main duties of the job
To provide high quality learning technology knowledge and informationservices to learners, which enhance skills development and supportsinformation and clinical governance, ultimately enhancing patient care.
Work with internal and external customers to deliver on all aspects of the learning and development e-learning programmes working with them toundertake training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of corporate learning and development interventions, and where appropriate align to competency frameworks.
To develop new and innovative approaches to education, learning anddevelopment and manage the testing, review and implementation of newconcepts, models, methods, products and services, including leading the roll out and utilisation of e-learning and blended learning activities.
Support the Trust's learning and development initiatives to develop a self-directed approach to individual learning, which include deliver of Core Skills Training, Leadership and Management, Personal Development and Induction.
To be aware of cultural and accessibility needs relating to teaching/training diverse groups of learners
