An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, friendly, innovative and motivated individual to join the work experience team as an apprenticeship administrator, supporting Healthcare Careers and Development.
Main duties of the job
This is a 18 month fixed term apprenticeship and you must be committed to work towards and achieve a level 2 in Customer Service. All applicants will need to have already gained their maths and English GSCE at grade 4/C or above or Functional/Key Skills at level 2.
The post is full time 37.5 hours per a week with one day of study. Hours of work will be 8:30 -- 4:30.
The successful post holder will be responsible for processing work experience applications, attention to detail is key to maintaining a live database and respond to queries, attendance at the work experience meetings along with the occasional attendance at school events to promote NHS careers.
The role is ideally suited to someone who is outgoing and confident with excellent people skills as interacting with others is a fundamental part of the role. Strong communication skills with a passion to help others to make informed choices about their future.
Base site will be Heartlands Hospital but will be required to travel to other UHB sites as when required.
