Main duties of the job

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in senior financial roles, ideally within the NHS or a similarly complex healthcare environment. As CFO, you will lead a dedicated finance team, oversee budgeting and forecasting, manage financial risks, and work collaboratively with clinical and operational leaders to drive sustainable financial improvement.
