HR Manager - Integrated Contract Centres
Permanent Full Time Position
North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust provides 24 hour, 365 days a year accident and emergency services to those in need of emergency medical treatment and transport. Our highly skilled staff provide life-saving care to patients in the community and take people to hospital or a place of care if needed. Alongside the other emergency services, we also work to ensure the safety of the public and treatment of patients in the event of a major incident.
We are looking to recruit a forward-thinking HR professional who thrives working in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment and who can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
This role leads a HR advisory team who work together to support our colleagues within the integrated contract centre division (ICC) - this includes the 999 and 111 call centres across our trust.
Assessments and professional discussions will be held beginning to Mid October.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate should have noticeable experience already gained at senior HR advisor/manager level can experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a HR function which provides advice and support on a range of t matters which include employee relations, organisational change, performance management, recruitment and employee experience and cultural.
This role will involve working in collaboration with internal and external partners so strong interpersonal communication skills are essential. Alongside this you will possess a strong working knowledge of UK employment law and have a solution focused, positive, and pragmatic approach that supports our teams to deliver their best.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and complement our experienced and talented team and be willing to travel to any of the trusts sites within the north west area which covers the regions of Cumbria, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire.
