BAND 5 RMN ST Georges Stafford
The Trust Bank is made up of a pool of staff that provides temporary cover for staff shortages or short term vacancies. If you work for the trust bank, you tell us when you are available and your availability is then matched with shift requirements across the hospital.
Our Bank operates by, booking temporary staff on a flexible basis. It gives you the freedom to choose the shifts you work, depending upon availability.
Main duties of the job
(Completion of Preceptorship is required to be considered for these posts)
Can't commit to a permanent job at present?
Have family or other commitments prevent you working full time or to a set work pattern?
Want to keep up your professional skills?
Would like to gain experience in new areas?
