Due to promotions within Division A, we have an exciting opportunity for two highly organised and detailed focused individuals to become the Personal Assistant to the Divisional Director and Divisional Director of Operations and the Divisional Head of Nursing and Deputy HON. The post holder will be required to work autonomously, manage diaries, complete and distribute invitations, formulate agendas, take meeting minutes and compile reports on behalf of the Divisional Senior Leadership team. You will be expected to act under your own initiative, prioritising conflicting work demands, and effectively communicate verbally and in writing, exercising tact and diplomacy. This is an incredibly important role in supporting the Divisional leadership team.

Main duties of the job

To provide a first class, efficient and effective personal assistant service to the Divisional Director and Divisional Director of Operations.

Essential

  • Educated to degree level on NVQ 4 or equivalent
  • Customer Service/Business Administration/ITQ or equivalent professional experience


Desirable

  • Secretary qualification or equivalent
  • Team leader / management qualification
  • Typing qualification or equivalent experience
  • Specific technical / professional qualification


Experience

Essential

  • Experience of managing staff / a busy clerical / office environment or reception service or project
  • Secretarial and / or complex administrative experience
