The post holder will assist in the delivery and development of effective , needs based , modern stepped care mental health services from admission to discharge . Effective clinical assessment and decision making within the CPA / service framework , Provide effective and accountable management of a caseload . Support a culture of learning and reflective practice within the supervisory clinical governance structure . Provided with robust team communication , collaborative working and effective support at all times . Developmental opportunities are encouraged via our Preceptorship pathway and yearly appraisals .
The role is subject to a recruitment and retention premia of £1542 per annum as of the 1st April 2022.

Mental health Admission Screening / MH Assessments
Engage in Weekly SPA Referral meeting
Crisis response / ACCT reviews
Case management caseload, inclusive of those on CPA
Collaborate with Multi Agency partners with custody and wider Stakeholders
Liaison with community services/ discharge planning

Person Specification Qualifications Essential
- Qualified RMN/ Nurse associate
- Additional qualification in a relevant field
- Experience as Nurse/Student in Forensic settings /Custody
