As a Clinical Team Manager, you will oversee a team of skilled and experienced professionals dedicated to providing high-quality, intensive support to young people. Your role will involve managing daily operations, resources, and staff, all while fostering innovation and excellence in service delivery.
You will bring a deep understanding of child and adolescent mental health services, contributing to the broader goals of our service through collaborative efforts, specialist consultations, and training. Your leadership will be vital in service development, research, and the supervision of other professionals.
