Main duties of the job
The University Hospitals of Leicester NHS trust (UHL) is recruiting to its very popular Physiotherapy Band 5 rotation scheme. This consists of over 20 different speciality areas including
Rotations are 4 months long.
The UHL Therapy department is expanding and developing and we want someone who can develop and grow with us. We will offer you a wide variety of clinical and leadership experience supported with a comprehensive training package. There is a thorough induction process, preceptorship package, clinical supervision and In service training supported through appraisals and 1:1 meetings and peer support sessions. In addition there are opportunities to take part in audit and research, become involved in carrying out service development and attend external training courses and conferences. You will be well supported by highly experienced clinicians and leaders. We are able to provide opportunities for career development and secondments into higher band posts within our large organisation.
