We have a full time opportunity for an experience gastro-enterology nurse on Allingham, a 28 bedded acute Gastroenterology ward caring for patients with a variety of conditions including luminal gastroenterology, hepatology and hepatobiliary and pancreatic disease as well as patients with enhanced nutritional needs. This is a chance to develop your management and leadership skills as part of a highly capable team.

We offer o Clinical Expert - with a variety of acutely unwell patients passing through the unit you will be able to keep abreast of the latest clinical developments.o Leadership skills - our leadership course and staff management courses will help you develop the skills you need to lead and motivate the team to provide excellent care. We also offer 1 2 1 supervision and band 7 networking.o Education - Opportunities for mentorship and preceptorship with our placement students and newly qualified nurses.
