An exciting opportunity has arisen within NICU@UHNM.
This advert is for a Band 7 Senior Sister working within a Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care.

Main duties of the job
The Senior Sister will support the Nursing, Medical and Allied Health Professional teams to set and deliver clinical standards for quality patient outcomes.
The Senior Sister will be responsible in the HR management of the NICU Nursing and Support teams.
The Senior Sister will support & monitor the education and development of the NICU workforce.
The Senior Sister will work closely with the Maternity, Neonatal & Gynaecology (MN& G) Management team to support & deliver the unit vision, aligning to regional and national requirements and recommendations.
The Senior Sister will be responsible for leading on or implementing a quality initiatives.
