We are currently looking to permanently maintain our senior team. The suitable candidate must have an established A& E career with progression through all levels & have 3 years proven managerial experience.
Main duties of the job
They will be expected to show during interview, their record of leading a team, good communication, high standards & an ability to work & lead within the multidisciplinary arena. We are looking for a applicant with motivation and a passion for driving standards forward to help support a dynamic and proactive large department. and experience, exposure and qualifications for working with trauma patients.

- Degree level qualification

- Evidence of academic study at level 6
Experience

- Minimum 5 years post reg experience
- Minimum of 3 year experience at band 6 sister/charge nurse
