We provide care and support to patients and their families, who have secondary breast cancer from diagnosis to end of life. We also currently care for Primary breast cancer patients who are undergoing, neo-adjuvant and adjuvant treatments. We work closely with Weston Park Hospital and attend their clinics.
Candidates will need approval to be seconded to the post from their current line manager.
Main duties of the job

We are looking for an enthusiastic, registered general nurse who is well organised, can prioritise workloads, has excellent communication skills, the ability to work well as part of a team and autonomously, and has a genuine interest in breast oncology care. You will be passionate about providing high standards of person-centred holistic care and improving patients care and experiences.
The role will involve you using your expert knowledge to support patients and their relatives in clinics, on the wards, provide support calls and telephone consultations.
You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and learn new skills to continue and progress your career.
