We are looking for an enthusiastic Band 5 nurse to work in our Neurodevelopmental service.
The post entails supporting young people prescribed medication for ADHD and offering medication reviews in line with NICE guidance.
Completing Risk and Care plans
Telephone support to families who contact the service
This post offers the Trust's �4,000 Incentive for band 5-7 Nurses & Practitioners, as well as a relocation package up to a maximum of �8,000 (subject to terms and conditions).

Physical Health monitoring
risk and care plans
Telephone support to parents contacting the service
