We are looking for an experienced clinician to be a deputy manager for Melksham CAMHS. You will be a qualified professional (Registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Clinical Psychologist, Family Therapist or Psychotherapist) with professional registration. We are seeking people with an interest in leadership and in developing staff.

In our BSW (Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire) CAMHS service we are proud to be developing needs led, responsive and accessible services based on the i-Thrive model. Melksham CAMHS is an established team which is growing with new investment into new roles. Accessibility, responsiveness and excellence in care, with the highest regard for service experience is at the heart of the service. This is an exciting opportunity to join the service and to be fully involved in developing and creating the highest quality service provision for service users and their families / supporters.

In this role you will be supporting the Clinical Team Manager, working alongside one other deputy. You will be part of a dynamic local leadership team that meet frequently and work closely together. There is a supportive leadership ethos in BSW CAMHS with regular managers meetings and opportunities for coaching or mentoring.
