We are recruiting for a ENCT & Falls Lead who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
The Enhanced Care Team Manager post is a vital and valued role within the multi-disciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of safe, high quality, compassionate patient care and the operational management of the Enhanced Care Team (ENCT).
You will be responsible for the Leadership and management of the Enhanced Care Team.
The post holder will be based at the Lister Hospital but may be required to work across site on occasion.

Main duties of the job
TheEnhanced Care Team Manager will be directly responsible for the management and co-ordination of the Enhanced Care Team and administrative staff within the service and deputise for the Lead nurse for workforce when required.
As a Falls Lead, the post holder is responsible for providing specialist advice and support to, and liaising with, other staff. This includes the provision of specialist education and training for other staff and students responsible for implementing a clearly defined integrated approach to patient care encompassing new treatments and evidence-based care.
To provide specialist clinical expertise to enable staff to implement the Trusts falls prevention policy in all clinical areas.
To monitor falls incidents and review monthly audits to measure for quality assurance against the Trusts falls prevention policy and to identify areas for continuous improvement.
To complete a monthly Falls Improvement report which can be shared with staff in all clinical areas and be able to formally appraise the harm free care panel or various patient safety committees of performance concerns and lead on the formation of action plans.
