Things that you will have:

• A relevant nursing qualification and registration – RMN
• Patient-facing nursing experience within the past 3 years
• Strong team-working skills

• Excellent teamwork skills, and professionalism

What you will be doing:

• Working in an identified adult community mental health pathway, with the flexibility of working across pathways, dependent on skill and service need.
• Delivering high-quality clinical service to service users and their families.
• Managing a complex caseload and being responsible for clinical and caseload supervision of other team members where identified.
• Operating as a care coordinator for a defined caseload of service users
• Delivering therapeutic interventions, following an agreed care plan, to an identified group of people experiencing mental health-related difficulties.

The service aims to reduce the numbers and to improve the outcomes and experiences for those who are detained or at risk of being detained under Section 136 MHA, and working in close partnership with the local crisis home treatment team in exploring and offering the least restrictive options.

You will be required to work shifts over 24/7 to meet the demands of the service. You will also need a driving licence and access to car during your shifts.
