Are you a forward thinking , creative and resilient Programme Manager used to working in complex, fast paced environments. This is an exciting opportunity to lead on key programmes within our Transformation Team. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Programme Manager who can work flexibly both on site across Worcestershire, and remotely as the work requires.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of successfully managing and delivering complex projects and programmes in a multi-disciplinary environment. They will have experience in leading successful change initiatives and have a passion for developing innovative solutions to support our Trust strategic ambitions. They will also be able to demonstrate managing the full end-to-end programme lifecycle and be experienced in interacting with Senior Leaders and Clinicians within an organisation.
This is a 12-month fixed term role and you will be joining an established, dynamic and supportive PMO team.

Planning and organisational skills
Develop and maintain the programme initiation documentation and associated plans, identifying and defining business objectives which are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely SMART
Develop and maintain all formal programme documentation throughout the programme lifecycle to include initiation documentation, programme schedules with defined and agreed tolerances, risk register, issues log, and agreed communications and reporting strategies as required.
Lead the delivery of programme plans, allocating tasks as appropriate, identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, considering best practice and current options, actively seeking feedback, and ultimately making decisions in the best interest of the Trust.
Take responsibility for the production and submission Trust, system and national of all project progress documentation for the programme.
Identify and manage risks and issues, devising strategies for mitigation where possible, and escalating through agreed routes as appropriate
Organise and manage regular team meetings to monitor progress and resources, maintaining a regularly updated actions log, and ensuring robust systems of communication are in place amongst the project team, such that opportunities to influence are clearly signposted to all team members
